I love teaching. I have always been fascinated by human nature and human capacity. This led me to study kinesiology, pyschology, to participate in workshops with Jean Houston (anthropologist), and with north amecican indian shamans.

The research on peak performance, capacity and happiness has become enormous. Much is being discovered about the nature of learning and ability.

I am continually developing ways to apply this knowlege to helping students reach their potential and develop healthy and effective ways to practise and perform.

Susan Williams Has taught for over 20 years at The Royal Conservatorium of The Hague, and since 2001 at the University of the Arts Bremen. In addition to classes in Natural trumpet and chamber music, she offers courses on 'practising-in-flow', which she developed together with violinist Rachael Beesley.
